Screen Recording Data

Our application does not collect, use, disclose, share, or retain any screen recording data. All screen recordings made using our application are saved directly to the user's local device in a location specified by the user. No screen recording data ever leaves the user's computer, ensuring complete privacy and control over their recordings.

This Software may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. This Software does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are located outside Morocco and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to Morocco and process it there.

Do Not Track Signals

Our Software does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you.

AI-Powered Image Generation

AI Apps powered by Nanno Banana uses artificial intelligence to generate composite images. When you use this feature, certain data is processed by third-party AI services as described below.

Data Sent to Third Parties: When you generate images using our AI features, your uploaded photos are sent to Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image AI for processing. Text prompts and generation parameters are also sent to Google's API.

Data Handling: Your photos are NOT stored by Google after image generation. Your photos are used ONLY for the immediate image generation request. Photos are automatically deleted after processing is complete. No personal data is shared with other third parties beyond Google.

User Consent: You must explicitly consent to AI data processing before your first image generation. Your consent is tracked per user account and stored securely. You can revoke your consent at any time through the app settings.

Data Privacy and Security: All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption for protection. Google's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data. For more information about how Google processes your data, please review their privacy policy:

Photo Permissions and User Responsibilities

When using AI Apps powered by Nanno Banana, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to use the photos you upload.

Your Responsibilities:

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use
• Obtain consent from others before creating images featuring them
• Do not create images of individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Respect privacy rights and applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Recommended Use: For the best experience and to respect privacy, we recommend uploading two photos of yourself at different ages (e.g., childhood photo and recent photo). This creates a meaningful "time travel" moment of personal reflection.

Prohibited Uses:

• Creating images of others without their consent
• Using photos of minors without parental permission
• Creating images for harassment, deception, or malicious purposes
• Violating any individual's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Impersonation or deepfake creation for misleading purposes

By using AI Apps powered by Nanno Banana, you agree to use the app responsibly and ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Face Data and Biometric Information

AI Apps powered by Nanno Banana does NOT collect, analyze, or store face data or biometric information.

What We Do:

• Process complete photos you upload as generic image data
• Send photos to Google's Gemini AI for composite image generation
• Store generated images locally on your device with optional cloud backup

What We Do NOT Do:

• Extract facial features or landmarks
• Perform facial recognition or face detection
• Store biometric face data
• Analyze facial characteristics separately from the complete image
• Use Face ID or facial authentication
• Create facial embeddings or biometric profiles

Data Processing: Photos are processed as whole images (similar to photo editing apps or filters). All AI processing occurs via Google's Gemini AI service, which processes images immediately without storing them after generation.

Your Control:

• You can delete any generated image at any time from the app
• You can clear all history to remove all images at once
• Original uploaded photos are not stored permanently - only the generated composite images are saved
• You control whether images sync to iCloud or cloud backup services
